When I initially contacted Jerry on the phone to set up an appointment to address an issue with sediment in my hot... water, he answered immediately and was very personable and professional. Even though I wasn't experiencing an emergency, he was able to dispatch a plumber to me immediately. Mauricio and another plumber arrived very soon after I got off the phone, and they were polite, professional, thorough, fair, and honest. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got straight to work fixing it, without any hidden fees or "gotchas". I've not always had wonderful experiences with other plumbers, but this experience was pain-free, and I'll be happy to work with Augerpros again the future, whenever the need should arise.read more

I was contacted with an expected arrival time and the were here on time and very friendly. They identified the problem and quickly made the repair. EXCELLENT SERVICE! What can I say but thank you 👌👍 to this company, just yesterday our bathroom water heater... wasn't working, it suddenly stopped and I don't know why. After speaking to their friendly customer service agent she scheduled a visit with their technician.

Juan and Kyle were very professional. They were able to explain and fix the problem with our plumbing. Our toilets and... showers were backed up, so they needed to access the clean out, but we didn’t have one. I previously used a different plumber and he was not able to help me for that same reason. Fortunately, Juan and Kyle were able to fix the problem successfully and fairly quickly; it only took them a couple of hours. However, they said I would eventually need to have a clean out installed. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys to friends and family.read more

Amazing response time from this company. Dispatch understood the dire emergency i had since my attic was flooding... coming from my water heater on the 3rd floor. My two water heaters were approx.11 and 12 years old, respectively. About 3 months ago I had one go out. Auger Pros was... able to put me on the schedule the next day and replaced both water heaters at a reasonable price. Installation was done in about 5 hours. I called this company after getting an astronomical bid from Baker Brothers to convert my gas water heater to... electric!! It turns out I didn’t even need to a couple of pipes rerouted was all i needed and it ended up much less expensive doing it that way which Baker Brothers didn’t even bother to tell me was an option. I can’t thank Auger Pros enough for their honesty and help with all this-it goes a long way in my book and I will make sure to tell everyone how fair they are compared to the competitionread more

Needed their service again for a different plumbing issue. Again a great experience from the dispatcher taking the call... and scheduling the appointment to the plumber who provided the service Chance! Called them on Friday afternoon and since it wasn't an emergency they had someone here on Monday morning! Professional and pleasant interactions all around.
